NAAIA Florida’s mission is to create a network of insurance professionals within the state of Florida committed to fostering career and business opportunities, increasing diversity in the insurance industry, and being a positive voice and advocate in the African American community.  Launched in 2016, a group of dedicated Florida insurance professionals sought to continue the amazing work being done in other NAAIA chapters across the country.
